Short answer: RAMELO's Ava has no mandatory setup fee for med spas and aesthetic clinics already on Cal.com — her live, verified integration — or on Acuity Scheduling, Boulevard, Vagaro, Mindbody, Square Appointments, Jane App, GlossGenius, or Zenoti, which RAMELO connects via a custom integration at no additional charge. The no-setup-fee policy applies when your practice already uses Cal.com (Ava's live, verified integration) or one of the other 8 platforms most med-spas use, which RAMELO connects for you via a custom integration at no additional charge. Either way, you pay only the monthly plan from day one.
The exception: if your practice has no booking system at all, a paid installation add-on covers setting up a booking integration from scratch. That is an optional add-on for that specific situation, not a fee charged to clients who already have a system.

If you switch from one supported platform to another (for example, from Acuity to Boulevard), the re-integration is a configuration change. Contact hello@ramelo.ai and RAMELO will confirm whether a fee applies. Routine configuration updates are generally not charged separately.
