These Terms govern your use of the website and AI phone receptionist services ("Services") provided by RAMELO, a brand of Luxury Living Contractors LLC ("RAMELO", "we", "us"), located at 2108 N St, Ste N, Sacramento, CA 95816. By using our Services or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
RAMELO provides AI-powered phone answering and appointment-booking services for businesses. Our agents are artificial intelligence and identify themselves as AI when directly asked. The Services are intended for business use only; they are not consumer health or medical advice services.
Important — California Automatic Renewal: Your subscription renews automatically each month at the then-current rate until you cancel. You will be charged to your payment method on file on the same day each month. To cancel: email hello@ramelo.ai or use the cancellation link in your billing confirmation email — cancellation takes two clicks and is effective at the end of the current billing period, with no further charges.
Subscriptions start on the date of your first payment. One-time setup fees are charged at purchase and are separate from the monthly subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method monthly on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time. The one-time setup fee is refundable within two days of your go-live; monthly subscription fees are refundable, pro-rated for any unused days in the current billing period. If there is a billing error on our part, contact us at hello@ramelo.ai and we will make it right promptly.
Booking confirmations are currently sent by email only. An optional appointment-reminder program (SMS / text) is on our roadmap — carrier registration (A2P 10DLC) is in progress and this feature is not yet live. When available, it will be opt-in only. Full details and opt-out instructions will be published at SMS Terms & Conditions before the feature activates.
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of RAMELO complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction, including laws governing call recording and AI-agent disclosure, and for obtaining any consents required from your callers. You must provide accurate billing information and keep it current.
RAMELO agents are AI, not humans. They disclose their AI nature upon direct inquiry. We do not represent our agents as human to callers.
The Services are provided for general business communication and appointment-booking purposes only. RAMELO is not a licensed medical provider and does not provide medical, health, legal, or financial advice. AI responses may contain errors or omissions; always verify critical information through qualified professionals. RAMELO is not responsible for any decisions made in reliance on AI-generated content.
RAMELO provides its Services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free or that every call will be answered or correctly transcribed.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RAMELO's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you paid to RAMELO in the three months immediately preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). In no event shall RAMELO be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full.
Either party may cancel the Services at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms, misuse the Services, or if required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases. Sections on limitation of liability, disclaimers, and governing law survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our Services after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
